Warranty Return Policy

Batteries ASAP Warranty procedures.

***Please Note: You will need your invoice # or your online order # in hand. Without this information we cannot handle a RMA or Warranty issue***

Batteriesasap.com (Power Factor Inc.) Will handle any warranty issues within 30 days of purchase. If the customer ordered the incorrect battery or no longer needs the battery, it must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept incorrect batteries or no longer needed batteries after 30 days from the date of purchase. The customer must contact us first for an RMA number to be issued. The customer is required to ship defective batteries (at their expense) for testing to:

Returns after 30 days from date of purchase. *This applies to defective batteries only*

If battery is found to be defective, Batteriesasap.com (Power Factor Inc.) will ship a replacement battery back freight paid to customer. If battery is found to be good, the customer is responsible for freight charges for us to return battery back to them.

Each manufacturer has their own policies for warranty replacement. Batteriesasap.com (Power Factor Inc.) will assist with warranty claims. In most cases the manufacturer requires the customer to obtain an RMA number for the product to be returned for testing. Most require the customer to pay shipping charges to return the product and if defective, most manufacturers will issue a credit to Batteriesasap.com (Power Factor Inc.). Upon receiving this credit, Batteriesasap.com (Power Factor Inc.) will issue the customer a credit to the credit card used to purchase the product for the amount of the product only. 

**Please note that if batteries are received into our warehouse without following the proper RMA procedures they will sit in limbo, and this could cause you to fall outside of your warranty date.
